TTCL Successfully Completes DN300 Cartridge-Type Hot Tapping Line Plugging Project

Jingdezhen, China — Jingdezhen Black Cat Group has successfully completed a DN300 cartridge-type sixteen-point line plugging operation, achieving full technical and safety objectives. The project was executed on a coal gas pipeline system, demonstrating strong on-stream construction capability under operating conditions.

The project involved a main pipeline with a diameter of φ325 mm, with a designed pressure of 0.1 MPa and an operating pressure of 0.1 MPa. Line plugging operations were carried out across seven pipelines, with a total of sixteen plugging points completed efficiently and safely.

Throughout the construction process, strict safety management procedures and technical controls were implemented to ensure stable operation of the gas pipeline system. The successful completion of this project effectively minimized production impact, avoided system shutdowns, and ensured continuous gas supply, highlighting the advantages of cartridge-type line plugging technology in complex gas pipeline applications.
