TTCL Successfully Completes Hot Tapping and Line Stopping Operations on Natural Gas Pipelines-1790134870018950
Taitat Changlin Pipeline Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. (TTCL) has successfully completed a DN300 four-seal hot tapping and line stopping operation and a DN200 double-seal hot tapping and line stopping operation on natural gas pipelines.
The project was carried out on pipelines with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and an operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, with natural gas as the pipeline medium.
During the project, TTCL utilized its professional hot tapping and line stopping technology to perform pipeline intervention under operating conditions. The hot tapping operation provided a reliable connection point on the existing pipeline, while the subsequent line stopping operation enabled effective isolation of the pipeline section for the required maintenance and modification work.
The DN300 four-seal line stopping operation and DN200 double-seal line stopping operation were successfully completed, demonstrating TTCL’s capability to provide reliable hot tapping and line stopping solutions for pressurized natural gas pipelines.
