TTCL Successfully Completes DN200 Double Plugging Operation for Natural Gas Pipeline Maintenance

Taitat Changlin Pipeline Technology (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. (TTCL) has successfully completed a DN200 cylindrical double plugging operation, providing a safe and efficient solution for maintenance work on an operating natural gas pipeline.

During this project, TTCL applied its advanced line stopping technology to perform a DN200 double plugging operation under live pipeline conditions. The pipeline was designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa, with an actual operating pressure of 0.8 MPa, and the transported medium was natural gas.

The successful completion of this operation demonstrates TTCL’s professional capabilities in pressurized natural gas pipeline maintenance. Through precise engineering design, reliable plugging equipment, and strict operational procedures, the project was completed safely while maintaining continuous gas supply and minimizing the impact on downstream users.
