TTCL has successfully completed a DN200 cylindrical double line stopping operation on a live natural gas pipeline, further demonstrating its professional capability in hot tapping and line stopping services for pressurized pipeline systems.
The project was carried out on a natural gas pipeline with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and an operating pressure of 0.8 MPa. Utilizing advanced hot tapping and double line stopping technology, TTCL successfully isolated the pipeline section while maintaining continuous gas transmission throughout the operation.
During the construction process, the cylindrical double block system provided reliable sealing performance and stable operational control under pressure conditions. Strict safety procedures and technical standards were implemented to ensure zero leakage and full pipeline integrity during the entire line stopping operation.
The successful completion of the DN200 project once again highlights TTCL’s expertise in handling complex live pipeline intervention works, including hot tapping, double block line stopping, and pipeline maintenance without shutdown.
By applying advanced on-line intervention technology, TTCL continues to provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for natural gas pipeline operators, minimizing downtime and ensuring stable pipeline operation
