Anyang Huarun Successfully Completes PE160 Pipeline Project Featuring Advanced Hot Tapping Technology

ANYANG, CHINA – Anyang Huarun has announced the successful completion and commissioning of its latest PE160 pipeline infrastructure project. The milestone marks a significant achievement in the application of hot tapping technology, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery while adhering to rigorous international safety standards.
The project, designed to enhance network reliability, operates under a design pressure of 0.4 MPa with a standard running pressure of 0.3 MPa. Central to the project's success was the deployment of a specialized single-seal hot tapping mechanism. This advanced hot tapping procedure allowed engineers to connect new pipeline branches to the existing live network without the need for system shutdowns or gas supply interruptions.
"The precision required for a hot tapping operation on PE160 piping is substantial," said the Project Director at Anyang Huarun. "By utilizing a single-seal hot tapping assembly, we were able to maintain the operating pressure at 0.3 MPa throughout the entire process.
