Two DN200 Hot Tapping and Line Stopping Operations Successfully Completed on Natural Gas Pipeline

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of two DN200 single line stopping operations on a natural gas pipeline for the Taida Changlin project.

The pipeline involved in this project has a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and an operating pressure of 0.8 MPa. The medium transported through the pipeline is natural gas. To ensure uninterrupted gas supply and safe construction, our engineering team adopted advanced hot tapping and line stopping technology throughout the project.

Prior to the line stopping operations, hot tapping procedures were successfully performed on the live pipeline. Utilizing professional hot tapping equipment, the required openings were made without interrupting pipeline operation, providing the necessary access points for subsequent line stopping activities. The hot tapping process was completed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with technical standards.

Following the hot tapping work, two DN200 single line stopping operations were carried out successfully.
