TTCL Quanzhou DN300 Cylinder-type Four-seal Unit

From September 4 to September 22, 2025, our company successfully completed a series of hot tapping and line-stopping operations on a pipeline with a design pressure of 0.4 MPa, operating pressure of 0.3 MPa, and material grade L245M (OD 406.4 mm × 7.9 mm wall thickness). The scope of work included performing one DN400 hot tap for line-stopping, one DN50 hot tap for branch connection, and carrying out four cylinder-type line-stopping operations under full operating conditions without shutdown.
All tasks were executed safely, efficiently, and to a high technical standard. The project was completed with outstanding results and received unanimous praise from the client.
