Nanchang Gas Project Successfully Completed with Hot Tapping Technology

The DN200 and DN300 cylindrical double block and bleed operation for the Nanchang Gas project has been successfully completed. The project was carried out under a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and an operating pressure of 0.36 MPa.

Throughout the execution, hot tapping technology played a critical role in ensuring a safe and efficient process without interrupting normal pipeline operations. By utilizing advanced hot tapping methods, the team was able to perform the connection and isolation work under live conditions, minimizing downtime and maintaining continuous gas supply.
