We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a DN300 natural gas pipeline Hot Tapping and single line stopple project in Xinjiang, China.
The pipeline involved in this project has a design pressure of 1.6 MPa and an operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, with natural gas as the conveying medium. By utilizing advanced Hot Tapping technology, the operation was carried out safely and efficiently without interrupting gas supply or shutting down the pipeline system.
The project scope included Hot Tapping, installation of plugging equipment, and execution of a single line stopple operation. Throughout the entire process, the pipeline remained in service, demonstrating the reliability and effectiveness of Hot Tapping technology for live pipeline maintenance and modification.
Thanks to careful planning, experienced field personnel, and reliable equipment, all Hot Tapping and plugging operations were completed successfully in accordance with the project requirements and safety standards. Continuous monitoring of pipeline pressure and operational conditions ensured safe execution at every stage of the work.
Hot Tapping technology allows pipeline operators to perform maintenance, tie-ins, modifications, and repairs without service interruption, minimizing downtime and reducing operational losses. This successful project once again highlights our expertise in Hot Tapping and line stop services for the oil, gas, and energy industries.
We would like to thank our project team and client for their cooperation and support. We remain committed to delivering safe, efficient, and professional Hot Tapping solutions for pipeline operators worldwide.
