Plugging Fitting Taitat Changlin Pipeline Q345B PT200
This plugging fitting is a consumable component specifically designed for suspended type line stopping operations. It is welded onto the pipeline section that requires isolation, providing a fixed support for the installation of hot tapping and line stopping equipment. The fitting is equipped with an internal O-ring seal, and during the stopping process, it is secured in place by lock pins or locking blocks.

● Fittings are constructed with a controlled carbon equivalent to improve welding in harsh environmental conditions.
● Fittings are furnished with LOCK-O-RING® flanges to accept LOCK-O-RING completion plugs and permit removal of tapping valves after work is completed.
● Most fitting sleeves are manufactured from pressure vessel quality, normalized, killed carbon steel plate or other high yield strength pressure vessel quality materials.
● All fittings undergo radiographic inspection in accordance with ASME and CSA requirements.
● Larger size fittings and O-ring options are available upon request.
