TCP168 Tapping Cutter
This tapping cutter and center drill are essential tools for hot tapping machines, which are connected to the corresponding cutting disc (tool coupler) of the hot tapping machine and assembled together with the hot tapping machine to complete the hot tapping operation. The center drill serves as a positioning and arc plate in the opening.
Material
The material of the blade head of the tapping cutter is alloy, the material of the blade body is 35 steel, and the material of the center drill is W18Cr4V.
The "U" - shaped card device of the center drill can smoothly lift out the arc plate that has been opened. Ensure that there is no tooth detachment during the hot tapping process of the tapping cutter.
