This split cross fitting is a consumable component specifically designed for cylinder type line stopping operations. It is welded onto the pipeline section that requires isolation, providing a fixed support for the installation of hot tapping and line stopping equipment. The fitting is equipped with an internal O-ring seal, and during the stopping process, it is secured in place by lock pins or locking blocks.
